What is a B.OK box?

B.OKideas a Social Enterprise on a mission to help individuals and businesses take charge of their wellbeing during work, life, physical and mental health changes.

The B.OK Box experience includes wellbeing gifts and an envelope pack to guide the recipient over a 1 or 2 month period. Each envelope covers a new wellbeing topic by an expert in the field and includes a gift to help you practise and implement e.g. meditation, gut health, sleep and more. Each recipient will also have the option to receive email experiences with the envelope information and supporting resources.

 

How much does a B.OK Box cost?

1 month guidance is $79.00 plus shipping & 2 month guidance is $99 plus shipping.

Domestic and International delivery rates may vary.

 

Can I choose what is in my box?

Yes, each box you can choose gender, colour tissue paper and personalised letter.

How does B.OK choose what goes in the box?

The B.OK team works hard to include the most up to date and effective products and methods for its box. We work alongside industry professionals to tailor each product and the envelopes to provide you with the best wellbeing advice and journey.

 

What if I have any special conditions e.g. skin/allergies?

If you have any specific health requirements or questions, please contact us on smile@bokideas.com for more information.

 

One of the products is damaged or missing, can I get it replaced?

If there are any problems with your box, please contact us on smile@bokideas.com and we will investigate the issue and decide what sort of replacement is necessary. Please ensure you contact us within 4 weeks of receiving your box as we are only able to process replacement requests within this time.

 

What is the cancellation policy?

You are able to cancel your order at any time and receive a full refund up until it is shipped. Once it is shipped we are not able to cancel your order or offer a refund.

 

Can I update or change my billing and shipping details?

Yes, you can make updates before the delivery is collected – please contact us at smile@bokideas.com to make and changes to your purchase as soon as possible.

 

What is your refund policy? Save & Exit

If you wish to receive a refund, please email smile@bokideas.com with your request and we will get back to you.

Please note that requests must be made within 4 weeks of ordering the box.

 

What are your payment options?

All payments are made online through our website.

PayPal, Afterpay and Credit Card options are available for payment.

 

How often do the products in the B.OK Box change?

New boxes are released around every 6-12 months.

Stay up to date with when a new box is released by subscribing to our mailing list via our website.

 

What are our health and safety practices?
Health and Safety is our highest priority when it comes to the production and delivery of our boxes. Each box is hand packed by our support staff who take all precautions necessary to ensure a healthy packing environment.
