Taxes and Charges
All orders are sent through a third party delivery service called Sendle.
All Sendle international shipments are DDU, which stands for Delivery Duties Unpaid. This means that your receiver has to pay any potential duties or charges due.
When the parcel arrives at its destination, the customs agency will make a decision as to whether or not duties and tax have to be paid.
The best part is many of the parcels sent through Sendle, won’t require any import duties to be paid, because they’ll fall under the country’s low-value threshold.
If duties do need to be paid, the local post office or customs office for that country will get in touch with the receiver to organise it with them directly.

If you have provided your email address, you will receive notifications once your parcel has been delivered.
We allow 24-48 hours for the production and hand packing process. After this, the below are the below is an expected delivery time:
Greater Sydney: 1-2 days
VIC & QLD: 1-3 days
Rest of Australia: 2-5 days
Rest of World: up to 4 weeks
How much is delivery?
Delivery is dependent on location.
Our boxes cost $9.90-$11.90 depending on domestic location.
International prices are upwards of this and vary.
