So, How Does it Work?
The Mindful Moments are activities delivered in various formats including a combination of video, text and interactive experiences. They are accessed by QR code or weblink and include suggestions on how to sustain the respective wellbeing practices in your everyday life.
Choose between a gift bag or box, containing a personalised note and an introduction to the mindfulness practices you have been gifted. A surprise gift aligning with the experience accompanies most of the Moments.
