B.OK WELLBEING COMMUNITY
A free and fun online platform which provides advice and support by the people, for the people. You can find the B.OK Wellbeing Community on Facebook and see that it is a place you can openly chat to people about all matters of life and share ideas with others about the best methods for support, healing, relaxation, mindfulness and more. The Community is a safe space which allows you to connect with people who have gone through similar changes and challenges in their life as well as supporting others
BUDDY SUPPORT TEAM
We have a growing team of volunteers who are a part of our B.OK Support Team that use their skills to help bring our vision to life. If you are looking for ways to give back to the community and enter the wellbeing space, we’d love to hear from you. Roles include Community Get Togethers, Box Packing and more!
